Soul Flight -April 12th / Sat. 6:30-8:30
This is a 50 min drumming mediation that will induce a deep, theta state journey through the astral realm. Mugwort/Lavander tea is served before, then a circle of protection will be made. The initial 5 minutes will be guided then you will be safely off on your way to meet ancestors, spirit guides, or other etheric intelligences from any of the three realms (This Plane, Chthonic, or Celestial) imparting insights, and spiritual connections assisting us as we move through our day to day lives. Afterwards we will share our experiences over chocolate and wine. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
